If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that custom orders, cut-to-size materials, and adhesive-applied products are final sales and cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will guide you through the return process.
